Celeste is the owner and artist at Cel Curl Salon. After training at Taylor Andrews Academy in Utah County, she soon found curly hair as a passion. She got into advanced curly hair cutting and coloring courses and became a Deva Curl trained stylist + Curly Hair Artistry member. Learning the MAP method by Scott Musgrave and having the opportunity to meet with Lorraine Massey (founder of Deva Curl) are some of her favorite highlights. Celeste is a specialist in all things curls and has a passion to give great customer service. She loves to have fun with her clients in her chair.
What is Curly Hair Artistry?
Curly Hair Artistry is a curly hair advanced educational course that members from around the world attend. A group of the most elite curly hair specialist travel to their events to learn their curly hair cutting technique, coloring techniques and the famous MAP method. Scott Musgrave- is the Creator of the MAP method. The MAP method is an online course for curly girls learning to perfect their styling techniques.

What is Deva Curl?
Deva Curl was the start of the curly community. Finally creating styling products for curly girls and giving them something other than “gel.” Lorraine Massey is the founder of Deva Curl and author of Curly Girl, The Handbook. The Deva Curl Academy is a place where stylists of all levels go to learn the basics of curls and the in depth training of curls. Deva Curl created the curl by curl haircut and the pintura hair painting technique. (I am no longer carrying Deva Curl products, although I’m proud that my curly journey started with Deva Curl.)
